Big things are afoot here in Martyland!
I’m in the midst of exciting changes. Not just my socks and underwear (I’m overdue for both), but the entire world of my multi-media empire. What an amazing time we’re living in!
Just like President Trump did with Elon Musk and DOGE, I had to do a top to bottom evaluation of my operation. I had to conduct audits of everything I’m doing to ensure that I am maximizing efficiency. As such, some discrepancies were found and are being addressed immediately.
First , and foremost, is this world-class informational blog known as Words With Pizza, aka, The Best Blog Ever. Sometimes I feel like an octopus extending my tentacles eight different ways into multiple projects, the blog being one of them. I considered shutting down the site because I just haven’t been writing as much as once did and want to. Even though I don’t do as much as I’d like, I just couldn’t bring myself to doing away with it.
BUT, I have to do something, and that something is change in line with the directives of Elon Musk. I have decided to no longer pay for hosting and domain registration for the page in order to save me some money. SO, effective at the end of May, the page will be reverting back to the original free address from when I first created it: https://martythewriter.wordpress.com
If you’re a regular reader, please set your bookmarks to that address as the URL WordsWithPizza will be no more. I just couldn’t justify continuing to pay the fees or something that really isn’t generating any revenue for me. More reminders will be given before that time arrives. I need the money spent on the blog to go to buying more pizza. It all makes sense when I put into the those terms, eh?
That’s the ‘sort of’ bad news, but there is also good news… In my absence from blogging, I’ve been working on some amazing creativity that is sure to make our world a better place. I have multiple new books on a topic most of us love – pizza. Stay tuned for more on this soon. I’ll be putting info up in the coming days. Trust me…these are literary works destined for greatness!
Additionally, I have some new music that will be out soon too. What type of music, you ask? Songs about pizza, of course! Would you expect anything less??? The songs are really cool and should make me a billionaire in no time (or at least hopefully get me some pizza sponsors). Hopefully your curiosity is sparked and you’ll stick around to see whats to come.
