Rather than a pizza story, I thought I’d mix it up with a classic fairy tale rhyme:
In a land where the dough trees sway,
And the cheese clouds dance in the sun’s bright ray,
Lived a jolly old chef with a twinkle in his eye,
Who dreamed of a pizza that could soar in the sky.
With a crust like a cloud and a sauce made of gold,
He chopped tomatoes that sparkled and cheese that was bold.
But oh, when he baked it, a mishap took place—
The pizza grew wings and took off in a race!
It zoomed past the castles and flew over the streams,
Chasing giggling fairies who thought it was a dream.
“Catch that pizza!” cried knights, with forks held high,
But the pie just lifted as it so loved to fly.
One day in the village, with a festival planned,
The townsfolk were craving a feast that was grand,
“Let’s summon our pizza, let’s give it a cheer!”
So they danced and they twirled, “Oh, flying pizza, come here!”
With a swoop and a swirl, it landed with flair,
Spreading joy and delight in the warm summer air.
In a world full of flavors, it taught us one thing—
That a slice is pure joy, even with wings!
