Ghost Stories

Ghosts, UFOs, and Sasquatch are real. I know because my TV, and the internet, have been telling me so.

I used to be really annoyed by ghost hunter shows on TV because most were so obviously fake you’d have to be really dumb to believe they were real. They often had no plot, and more so, they had no real evidence, never showing anything on camera beyond just the actors acting scared at things they heard and saw that the viewer didn’t. Some were better produced than others, but the majority were not entertaining because they were so stupid.

Recently I stumbled across a show during my channel flipping that surprisingly isn’t bad though. It’s called Paranormal Caught On Camera (TRVL Channel). This show features videos related to a variety of paranormal categories. UFOs, ghosts, and cryptids (Big Foot, monsters, and such) are the main topics, but what makes this show different is everything is viewer submitted.

These aren’t videos made by million dollar production studios. They are mostly cell phone video, but many actually show pretty good video of weird stuff that can’t really be explained. They’re capturing clear video of UFO’s, Sasquatch, and spooky things that haven’t ever really been shown on TV.

Perhaps some of the content has natural explanations. Maybe some are lighting anomalies. I watch with an open mind, knowing the advent of AI technology has amassed a variety of fake material, but some of what they show is pretty convincing. I’ve claimed the show as a favorite, and with 9 seasons so far, it’s binge worthy.

Whether you believe it all or not, it’s actually interesting to watch because some of it may actually be real. Rather, I should say much of it probably is real.

Personally, I believe in all of it. Here’s why:

1. It’s very arrogant to think humans are the only intelligent life in the universe. If we are the most intelligent, the universe is in trouble.
2. There are many things we are just now learning about quantum physics. To say some things we don’t understand aren’t possible is just silly.
3. Even though humans have inhabited the Earth for a while, there are still many unexplored places on the planet. According to New Scientist magazine, humans have only directly observed a tiny fraction – less than 0.001 per cent – of the global deep seafloor, leaving the vast majority of our planet unexplored. If 99.999% of the ocean floor remains unexplored, it’s not fair to say something isn’t there. As for the stuff above the water? Sasquatch has lots of room to roam because there are a bunch of unexplored places up top too.
4. Why don’t aliens contact us? Why would they? If you were advanced enough to fly around the universe, would you want to stop and hang out on Earth?

Things taught in school, 100 years ago, 50 years ago, or even as recently as 25 years ago that were considered “facts” have been proven wrong today. Things we never thought possible even as recently as 5 or 10 years ago (never mind 50 or 100 years ago) have come to fruition in our daily lives. It’s only a matter of time before unexplained paranormal phenomenon becomes more mainstream in our lives.

Does that mean we’ll be one with aliens, spirits, and Sasquatch soon? Who knows.

But what if we already are?
